Del Dayo Estates Modern Guest Bath & Shower Remodel

This Del Dayo Estates bathroom remodel transformed a compact secondary bathroom into a bright, highly functional modern space with custom storage and clean contemporary finishes throughout. The renovation features a frameless glass walk-in shower with oversized porcelain tile walls, dual recessed niches, and a decorative pebble-style shower floor for added texture and contrast. A custom floating-style vanity with rich wood tones pairs with matte black fixtures and a vessel sink to create a warm modern aesthetic, while full-height built-in cabinetry maximizes storage without sacrificing openness. The project also includes a custom sliding barn door, upgraded lighting, skylight enhancements, and durable light-tone flooring designed to make the bathroom feel larger, brighter, and more inviting for everyday use.
